Clear pricing. No mystery. Every job is different

From organising a single cupboard to clearing an entire property, no two jobs are quite the same. I'll always discuss the work with you first and agree costs before getting started.

Decluttering & Space Organising

£20 per hour

For hands-on decluttering, sorting and space organising, with a minimum booking of 3 hours.

You don’t need to work alongside me for the whole visit. I’m happy to sort and organise independently before we go through everything together.

Removal and disposal costs are charged separately where required.

Property & Garden Clearances

Quoted individually

Clearance work can vary hugely depending on the size of the property or space, the amount and type of material being removed, access and the disposal involved.

I may ask for photos or videos before arranging a visit, or come out to see larger jobs in person.

Waste Removal

Quoted based on the type, volume and weight of waste

Commercial waste comes with disposal charges, and different materials can cost different amounts to process.

Wood, green waste, metal, general waste and mixed loads can all carry different disposal costs.

Waste removal costs will always be agreed before collection. Payment is due in cash on collection or by bank transfer before collection takes place on the agreed day.

Cancellations Travel Costs

Travel within the Roseland Peninsula and surrounding catchment areas is included.

Travel outside these areas and beyond is charged at 55p per mile.

Any parking or toll charges required for the job are the client's responsibility and will be added to the final cost where applicable.

A Chance for Another Life

Occasionally, I may spot an item I'd love to rescue, restore or give another life.

If you're happy for me to take it, an agreed value may be deducted from your clearance costs.

Deposits & Payment

A deposit may be required to secure larger clearances or multi-day projects.

Payment terms will always be agreed before work begins.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or card.

Cancellations

I understand plans change. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.

Where costs have already been incurred or time has been reserved for a larger project, a cancellation charge may apply.

Simple Agreements

For clearance and project work, I use a simple Client Agreement covering the important bits — payment, access, insurance and the terms of the service.

Nothing complicated. Just clarity for both of us.
